Giclee, pronounced "jhee-clay" is the most sophisticated means of fine art reproduction in the world. It utilizes archival pigmented inks, fine art acid-free paper or canvas with a digital technology offering subtle color gradiations and almost continuous tone reproduction to truly capture the integrity of your original . Whereas offset lithographs were produced using 4-color technology at perhaps 200 DPI (dots per square inch), our current large-format printer is a 12 color system reproducing fine art and an amazing 1440 or 2880 DPI.
